i am in for the 10K. also, i talked to jeff about the costa rica thing. he thought it sounded good, and he is checking into it.

i'm in. but i'm running it from my house. i have this thing about people seeing me run. i don't like it. cause i'm slow...i know that's weird but i'm okay with it.
Mrs. Coacher, I was going to say you could run with me but I have a feeling that my slow is significantly slower than your slow.
