human race...14 days...10k...who's with me?
on august 31 nike is running the human race. i invite you to run with me at my house on august 31 at 2pm. this is 6.2 miles, i know anyone who wants to can do it. run, run/walk, or walk, i know you can train for this over the next 14 days.

canada fishing
this is a great example of some of the fishing done north of the border...i can't believe it has been a year since we went...if you have never gone i certainly recommend it and recommend you take someone you love with you...believe me, you'll be glad you did.
